Ah yes, Virginia, the glitter is just part of the joy of the Holiday Home Tour and Winter Wonderland.

There is no doubt, our homeowners and decorators love to be caught up in the swirl of all things merry and bright. They love hunting for those perfect sparkly ornaments, twinkling lights and dazzling ribbons to make things look just right. Our homeowners are happy to open their homes to share their love of the holiday season and our Winter Wonderland decorators love setting up their trees and tables.

But…there is another reason why the Holiday Home Tour and Winter Wonderland is the perfect way to start the holiday season.

What you may not realize…when you buy a ticket, table, tree or basket…is, you will help make a lasting impact on neighbors in our Celebration and Osceola County communities.

Part of our mission, as the Celebration Foundation, is to help find solutions, to offer opportunities, and to develop programs that work.

Your visit to the Holiday Home Tour and Winter Wonderland might provide food to an Osceola child who is hungry on the weekend…. perhaps it will encourage a high school student to enroll at Valencia for a better chance at life… maybe, you will help a senior age in their own home with friends and neighbors they cherish…or possibly a daughter will come home and decide she wants to become a scientist because of a WINGS lunch.

So…while we love glitter…and snow flocked trees and turtle doves…there is a bigger motive…we are dedicated to helping…to making things better…to improving someone’s life and we find ways to envelope the entire community, no matter how old someone might be.
