He has maintained network systems for large organizations, protected them against cyber threats, and programmed financial systems and communications for companies, including Fidelity Investments, state institutions, and military radar and communication systems. His recent qualifications and training include Cisco CCNA certification, military cyber operational specialty, and teaching defensive cyber operations for Eastern European countries, including Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Macedonia, Croatia, and others.

Tom Williams is a federally licensed tax practitioner and Enrolled Agent, the highest credential awarded by the IRS for tax professionals. Tom is also one of fewer than five hundred non-attorneys nationwide admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. His accounting background and specialized credentials make him a knowledgeable resource in the complex world of taxes.
Iris Palma and Tom Williams co-authored a series of tax books and guides for small business owners and individual taxpayers. A key highlight of their collaboration is the award-nominated book, Deducting The Right Way: Untangling Small Business Accounting & Taxes. With a Juris Doctor and an undergraduate degree in entrepreneurship, Iris combines her legal and business acumen to create co-authored materials and presentations that are both comprehensive and pragmatically useful.

Jeffrey has been cited in The Wall Street Journal as one of “Wall Street’s best and brightest” and is the author of the investing book “Market Evolution: How to Profit in Today’s Changing Financial Markets”, published by John Wiley & Sons in 2006. Prior to joining Schwab in 2014, Jeffrey served as chief market strategist at LPL Financial. Earlier in his career, he was chief investment strategist at PNC. Griffon Binkowski is a lifelong Celebration resident and an anthropology M.A. student at the University of Central Florida. As a biological archaeologist and museum educator, he is enthusiastic about pairing scientific research with public education to connect people of today with people of the past. He specializes in trace element analysis of bone and teeth, which can reveal new information about the lives of past peoples, including their diet, mobility, and health. He has worked with archaeological materials from Belize, Florida, and Egypt, and has excavated at Cape Canaveral and Dayr Al-Barsha.

During Stephen’s career, he has led sales and marketing teams for national and international companies, operated his own consulting business, and was a founding executive for a startup financial services company. Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University. Stephen and his wife have been Celebration residents for 22 years.

Come, be amazed, and enjoy the plays of the Celebration Lifelong Playwrights, written in the Workshop: Write a Ten-Minute Play Courses! These plays have gone on to be performed in professional theaters and published in anthologies of the best plays of the year.
Presenters: Don Salvo and Will Newkirk
Don Salvo is a co-founder of the Playwrights’ Lab at the Pittsburgh Public Theatre and teaches playwriting and courses about Broadway Musicals at Celebration Lifelong Learning. Don is a published playwright and has had multiple plays performed throughout the country. His play, Unraveled, a Heideman Award Finalist for Drama from the Actors Theatre of Louisville, was produced twice off-Broadway and introduced Joe Manganiello to New York audiences. His plays One-Way Mirror and The Florida Highwaymen were finalists for the Verna Safran Prize. A professionally trained dancer/actor, he is a proud member of Actors’ Equity and has performed in over 60 productions with the Kenley Players. Don earned degrees from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University, and was a Fellow in the School of Speech and Drama at Northwestern University.
Will Newkirk’s award-winning play [Miss] received the 2017 Charles M. Getchell Prize from the Southeastern Theatre Conference. Other award-winning plays include: East Lansing (Best Play, Tampa Bay Theatre Festival), In Me (Vigoda Award, Best Dramedy), 5 to 4 (Best Play, 4×6 Fest, Tampa, Florida), Suffocation (Grand Prize, Emerald Theatre Company New Play Festival, Memphis, Tennessee), The Nude (Best Play, A Strong Woman Play Festival, Washington, D.C.), and After the Intervention (Judges Choice Award, Festival of Shorts, Edmonds, Washington).
