Who we are: Celebration Foundation, founded in 1996, promotes the arts, culture, education, and many other programs in Celebration and Osceola County. A dedicated Board of Trustees, and committed volunteers, make it possible for us to engage in a variety of civic and community betterment programs.

  • A High School Diploma is assumed; some college is desirable and experience in a similar position is always a plus.

Experience or Qualifications:

  1. Dealing with customers while working in a dynamic environment
  2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  3. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  4. Ability to manage a variety of projects and maintain deadlines
  5. Strong computer skills are necessary:  MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and some database knowledge
  6. Strong skills with web-based activities: social media, website, and Constant Contact.
  7. Finance background a plus
  8. Provide general office management:  telephone/reception coverage for the Foundation office, general clerical support, including typing, filing, correspondence, faxing, and mailings
  9. Help manage our donor database: update information, enter donations, prepare collateral materials for deposit, prepare letters in a timely fashion, learn database enhancements
